Retaining Great Teachers and Para-Educators

We are losing great teachers and para-educators, both voluntarily and involuntarily.

Parents spoke up in droves at the June 22nd, 2022 School Board Meeting about their concerns around the culture and dysfunction in our schools. Multiple, exceptional teachers were forced to resign for no apparent reason. Others have left voluntarily, citing dysfunction and lack of support. The trend is beyond alarming.

 

There has been no formal response from the School Board or Administration on what is happening, why resignations are being forced, and whether or not we can get any of these great people back.
